Tour Winner
Mid point of 'Dead to Me' 2nd series. Nice subtle humour.
But they talk so fast we resorted to sub-titles

Are they all out? We saw the first one on Sunday, watched it the old school wayWatched something called Six Four over the last couple of nights, pretty good and an easy binge given there were only 4 episodes lol.

First one was on Sunday just gone, normal ITV at 9pm. Unless you got the HG Wells time travel gizmo working? It was first out in March I think, it’s on ITVX player if you can stand the ads that can’t be skipped.

WE have just finished seasonWe really enjoyed this.
Thought Linda Cardellini & Christina Applegate were brilliant together.
Applegate struggled to film season 3 due to multiple sclerosis & as now retired.
Very sad.
No not at all, just felt a bit sad for her tbh.WE have just finished season 3 and really enjoyed it. Does her illness spoil the programme?

Sometimes stuff is released on ITVX (or perhaps released on an 'obscure' channel) and then put out at a later date on ITV1 - and called a 'new drama'. Have never been sure why they do it - and seems a bit of a sconce to call it new? But I know there's some stuff we've sat down to watch as 'new' then as it starts, go " hang on, we've seen this before ..."Ha ha I’m not sure but this review is from back in March…

Six Four on ITVX review: tight, thrilling and full of twists and turns
Grey’s Anatomy’s Kevin McKidd shines in his first UK-based TV series in decadeswww.standard.co.uk
Maybe they released it on ITVx back then and have only just started to show it on normal tv![]()
A typical American film making the Yanks heroes and the Japanese just running into machine gunfire like lambs to the slaughtered.Finished The Pacific last night.
A tough but, for me, important watch.
The words Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima and Okinawa are now more than words and places I heard or read about the US fighting the Japaneses in the war in the pacific (I also learned a new one…Peleliu), and I understand the significance of the US marine corps memorial Arlington. Makes me reflect rather sadly on the present day US.
perhaps…but it showed pretty viscerally the horror that is war…and we these days in this country can easily talk about war in a pretty disconnected way, as if the horrors of what actually physically and mentally happens to our fellow human beings in war is somehow simply a matter of fact - when its actually a horror.A typical American film making the Yanks heroes and the Japanese just running into machine gunfire like lambs to the slaughtered.
Really enjoyed Night agent.I finished watching Bodies (Netflix) mix of Sci Fi (time travel) and police work. Thoroughly enjoyed it
Started The Night Agent (Netflix) last night if you liked 24 you would like this
The second one wasn't great but stick with it for the 3rd. The 3rd, and last, is cracking stuff.Having finished the last if the John Wick films I am on to The Continental. One episode it and a nice, gritty 70s feel, remind me if action films from my childhood. Enjoying it
