The ridiculous thing is, is that the year i played we had a white leather Callaway bag with our names embroided. rather than being given a crappy laminated bit of card to put in the slot.
Mine is still going strong and looks great.

The year I played it was a cheap red bag and an even cheaper bit of card with my name on it.
I would seriously advise anyone to think twice about it, as stated you can have a day at Sunningdale for the same money. Cheap bag, cheap clothes, mickey mouse competition and an egomaniac running it to boot.

everything seems to have gone downhill. my clothes were good quality, the bag is great and the Oxfordshire is a much better course than everyone they play now!
and theyve increased the price by £25!!

when it first game on a few years ago it looked Ok, but the courses look to have gone down hill since. There was a few years they didn't have a Scottish heat.
sort of tainted by the amount of banditry that went on.
Always enjoy watching it though, makes me feel a whole lot better about my swing thats for sure.:thup:
