wouldn't bother to be honest, will probably do more harm than good..

i'd be practice chipping in the garden if you have enough room
 
agree with the above, dont bother. yes to swinging in the garden though, and if you have to hit something use the airballs, they are quite accurate in seeing if you draw,fade etc and gives you a focus.
