I don't believe his version of the ball has ever been available to buy .... which is why they collect all his range balls, as they probably don't have them readily available like other mass produced balls.
But to see this guy then go on and say rory swapped to this ball and suddenly started winning is incredible.

Playing Devils Advocate a bit here but have there not been rumours about Tiger and drug use before. I am sure I have seen questions about his change in body shape etc and also some concerns about his choice of doctor after his knee surgery as one had a slightly checkered past.
I am not sure that I believe any of what has been said and it does appear to be someone looking at grabbing a few headlines but, then again, that would have been the response if someone tried to reveal his personal life before the fire hydrant and was the response of most when people called Armstrong a cheat. Just saying that, just because it is sensationalist, does not mean that there is not a grain of truth somewhere.

Fairly unlikely that you would only get a one month ban for drug abuse. And surely tournament officials check that players are using a conforming ball, don't they? Correct me if im wrong but im 99% sure ive seen an interview with Tiger stating he asks nike to make him a ball that spins as much as it legally can and its his job to take the spin off.

According to CBS Sports.com Tiger, Nike and the PGA Tour all strongly denied that there was a grain of truth in the allegations and now Mr. Olsen is quoted as saying:
"Everything I said on that radio interview was only my opinion and not based on any first-hand knowledge or facts," Olsen told ESPN. "I want to make a full retraction to everything I said for the entire radio interview, and I apologize to Tiger, Nike, Phil [Mickelson], [commissioner] Tim Finchem and the PGA Tour."
"I'll be looked at as just some crazy f*** nobody making accusations about Tiger," Olsen added.
As CBS says At least he got the last part right.

Dunno. But i prefer innocent until proven guilty as its easy for nobodys to come up and stir some rumours before retracting their statements before heading back to their quiet lives. Whereas anyone accused now has people doubting them, regardless of whether or not there's any semblance of truth in the claims.

Seems incredible that someone can come out with the interview then simply say 'sorry I retract it entirely' and that's an end to it
Not sure what I want to happen to the guy but does seem a bit like 'I can say what i want as long as I say sorry afterwards'
edit: its like when someone starts a sentence with ' I don't mean to offend but....' you pretty much know that whatever follows is going to be offensive but they got the disclaimer in first!

I like the way he's still saying he's working hard to try and be ready for Augusta. Surely if he can't be ready for Bay Hill that's just wishful thinking
