Yeah, just joined Glenbervie and gradually getting into it again. Had a challenging 2 years with an achilles tear and a few life changes.

It sure was. Many funny moments in that weekend, Rick watching his umbrella get turned inside out on the first tee, smiffy walking off like a drowned rat just to mention a couple.

Nothing posted here is compulsory reading, if something offends us were better to walk away from it, especially on a forum. However, what kind of Forum would it be if there were no different opinions or people willing to challenge or support opinions.

The only thing that can be fairly criticised is when a poster resorts to insults rather than reason, there are very few if any regular posters who have not been guilty of this at some time and I include myself in this comment.

Someone mentioned that the use of likes denotes the quality of a post, this may sometimes be the case but likes are also used as a negative to support a poster simply because they have disagreed with a poster the liker dislikes ? (If you get my gist).

Anyhow, it seems very much that most like to see themselves as the goodies and by implication those not posting are the baddies.
