I follow the golf channel online via their website and ipad app the one programme I'd love to see on our TV's here everyday is morning drive, it's a great programme with lots of good talk and great guests.

I wish some satalite broadcaster, be it ESPN or sky would bring it to the UK live from Orlando, would be great lunch time telly over here.

I watched a few episodes of the Big Break on there a while back.

Loved the trials they had to do. I think a UK version of this would be good to watch.

I would actually pay extra to have the golf channel on sky (same sort of thing as espn).

Demand probably wouldnt make it feasible though I reckon :(

Gibbo hits the nail on the head. It couldn't survive as a free to air channel as the viewer demand was too low. Coupled with the owning (or at least platform leasing) company didn't renew the broadcast space due to viability.
Unfortunately a few thousand GM Forumites viewing would't be enough to sustain it.

Nonsense, the amount Sky now charge just buy the broadcasting rights for the UK.

Was that K1 driver the one with Sam Torrance in the advert? I remember watching that channel before i even took up the game and that advert was on that often it nearly brainwashed me into buying one!!
