That’s a very good signing imo
No idea what’s happened at Spurs with him
For whatever reason he didn’t seem to fit in with whatever system frank used and he he always appeared to drift in and out of gamesWhy did things not work out for Johnson at Spurs?
Most ppl seem to say good things about him, he seemed a goal threat and it isnt like Spurs have been immense without him

A quick Google search suggests he’s earned around £4m for his relatively brief stint at Palace. He’s not skint.
I’d take him at Everton in a heartbeat.![]()
Harvey Elliott: Aston Villa 'not convinced' two months ago to sign on-loan forward permanently
Aston Villa manager Unai Emery says the club were "not convinced" two months ago to sign Harvey Elliott permanently.www.bbc.co.uk
Really hard for him
Think he would be a great player for him and give them more options but looks like he will just rot there
I’d take him at Everton in a heartbeat.

He’s only 22, needs out of Villa(thought he would of done very well under Emery) and playing regular football. He looked like the next big thing until that appalling injury. If he got back to that he would be a shoe in for the WC squad.

I get that, but the bad injury he had was 4 years ago and he bounced back from that, it must of been the no guarantee of a regular start that made him want to leave Lpool, he was a regular 23/24 and a big part of them winning the PL last season, plus player of the tournament in last years U21 Champs.Michael Owen debut for England was at 18, Rooney was 17.

Surprised they let him go.![]()
I’m surprised too. Maybe they’ve got an eye for FFP?
He wasn’t playing and we brought in Wirtz which was going to reduce his playing chances even more so he wanted to leave
Based on current form and Liverpools position it’s a resounding no. Queue Liverpool fans defend Wirtz an spin it that he needs time so was logical to get rid of an in form playerI’ve just looked through his stats. Very impressive. Which begs the question, is Wirtz really better than him?
