Newcastle fan who just told me this is very very happy.

I believe any “sponsership” from “related” parties still needs to be at fair value

So Aramaco for example can’t suddenly just sponser Newcastle at £2bn a year for example

But what seems strange is the “owner” cant lend the club high amounts - so all the owner needs to do is get one of his other companies to sponsor the club a significant amount and it helps the money pot

Personally I think City have just won by drawing 2-2 🤔😳👍. Bottom line any rules the Prem league have got wrong is an own goal. What I don’t understand is back in the olden days the butcher ran the local team.. His sausages helped pay for the team. Now the butcher sells a mixed grill and that pays for the better team. But all of a sudden certain teams don’t like the butcher.

Have a look at the split in the teams within the premier league that are split in support of City, some clubs like the rules as they are and then there’s the odious clubs owners that do not support City but support the league. In that I mean Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal and West Ham all have *** housery owners. Google the picture of the owners of Arsenal, Liverpool and Utd having a burger in America discussing City.

Quite frankly football at the moment stinks. And the smell ain't coming from City

City only won on a limited number of points...the majority of their challenges were rejected and only minor changes are likely to be made to the APT rules.
So in your words they won. 👍

They shouldn’t of been able to win if the rules had been legal.

And look who is the first to like your post, someone who has never been to Anfield..

What’s wrong with American owners having dinner together ?

And why does that make them “odious”

And to think the smell isn’t coming from City owners shows how far the head is buried in the sand

I think that's a bit like saying Spurs were 2-0 up so won the first half but got battered in the second and lost where it mattered.

You know what Skytot. That is a very very good read. And before anyone else on here comments re the outcome. They would do well to read that. They won’t because of one reason. It don’t fit there rose tinted glasses narrative. Like I said earlier, there is a smell of crap around football. I don’t know which is the worst smell. Odious owners or ignorant fans.

Fixed that for you. Let's all be honest. If we spent loadsa money and broke every FFP rule in the book, yet won nowt, they'd all be laughing and think it was hilarious. It aint about the morals in the slightest. We'd just be another Chelsea "basket case of a club".

I’m certainly not jealous of City have no need to be

and Morals and acting within the rules are still alive and well for many

Like when Liverpool hacked city’s player data base
When they were caught and had to pay compensation for you mean 👍

So you will be ok with any club being punished for any wrong doings yes ?

“City’s suspicions were reported at the time, with Scout7 stating that its platform had not been compromised and that the incident occurred through the use of legitimate login credentials”
