Troy Deeney putting a huge amount of research and effort into his "Team of the Week" as always!

Mikkel Damsgaard (Brentford): He picked up two assists in a topsy-turvy win over Wolves. I had a friend who was at the match and I asked him who the best player was - he said Damsgaard and I trust his opinion.

West Ham must be really happy they ended up with Fullkrug instead. 👀 Is Duran really happy coming off the bench every game though?

To be fair he's looked okay but now he is injured and could require surgery

Same would have happend to Duran, we can't keep strikers fit

Fullkrug was a strange signing

Doesn’t really score much , over 30

It's how j-lo wants to place. Big striker keeping the defenders busy whilst the wingers get fed of him. Soucek been filling in that kind of role

Saturday was the first game Antonio has stuck more central to win headers and it paid off with the kind of link up play he said as looking for

Said it before the season started but we need a decent striker who can take a chance. Not one that needs six attempts to get a goal. If we had someone clinical we could have got a result at City. It will come back to haunt us later in the season if we get injuries
Not many of them about!
We were talking in the clubhouse about just this.
The lack of quality goalscorers / clinical finishers.

Delap was trying shots left right and center at the weekend.

There aren't that many sure thing strikers who will bury chances

I like the look of the Egyptian striker at Frankfurt who is only mid 20's Omar Marmoush (not sure thats the correct spelling). Something like 5 in 5 and was excellent against Bayern. Given how well Frankfurt are doing the price must be going up and up. I am not convinced Fulham have ever scouted well in Europe and definitely further afield

5 in 5 paints one picture tho but how many shots has he missed

8 goals in 6 games it seems ..

28 shots 17 on target

Now when you break down like that a goal every 3.5 shots so how does that compare to your guys?

Just a note here haaland is a goal every 3 shots , 30 shots , 23 on target so better shooting accuracy

Short answer is I don't know but I'd guess worse than that. Simple fact is we need a 15-20 goal striker as Muniz and Jimenez aren't lethal enough at the top level

Any player that’s pretty lethal will be at a top club , players that score heavy consistently will cost a lot as well
