To be honest Swango, I do not mind Liverpool football team one Bit. If you like football you cannot but admire there football.Could be true. How many non-Liverpool fans actually like Liverpool?![]()
Sadly, it is the "some" of those fans are often the loudest as wellTo be honest Swango, I do not mind Liverpool football team one Bit. If you like football you cannot but admire there football.
However some of there fans like Utds, they are an acquired taste. The operative word is SOME. And I get SOME City fans may be the same.Especially those with a Tash![]()
do you have any links to this?as I said in another thread , it maybe sub conscious bias based on arguments the ref has had with Klopp or he is just very unlucky and all the stats are just a coincidence
It could also be that he is a poor ref and other clubs have the same experience with him
The issue with the linesman and Robbo was very poor
The one where he blew as Mane was through on goal perplexed everyone
Think in the past Clattenburg brought up Teirneys record with us - think over a 3 year period half the cards given to Liverpool players have been from Tierney
quoteCity fans....Alfie Harrison.....any good? (Newcastle agreed a deal (undisclosed amount) with City for him)
He may well go still but as I see it...... Trippier was the catalyst for the changes under Howe. He is the guy who raised the bar for everyone at the club. They have huge respect for him, on the pitch and also in the dressing room. He brings more to the team than just his playing ability.Ave put the feelers out to find out about him.
Actually it’s a good topic for me to lead into.
An ex City acadamy boy who plays for Newcastle.Kieran Tripper, Newcastle have turned down an offer for him. Loads of questions for the geordies and others.
Are Bayern really interested in a 30 odd year old player.
Why are Newcastle turning down an offer which is more or what Newcastle paid for him.
Is he that Important for Newcastle.
The fee for Tripper could of got Phillips to Newcastle.
Who knows what is floating Bayern's boat.Ave put the feelers out to find out about him.

Doesn’t look as bad as being suggested, especially when you look at cards per game![]()

Clutching at straws there mateI think it does look bad, but not in the Liverpool matches. If you look at the league table, specifically the various Club’s win ratios, you’d expect to see the win ratios under each ref to mirror the league table, especially the more matches they ref for each club.
Liverpool’s overall win ratio is around 66%, and is around 66% under matches reffed by Tierney. Looks like they get a very fair deal off Tierney. Have a look at City’s win ratio. An overall win ratio of around 66%, similar to Liverpool’s, would suggest they would be pretty close to Liverpool in the table, which they are. Now have a look at City’s win ratio for matches reffed by Tierney… 86% win ratio, and with enough matches reffed to balance the figures. Maybe I’m looking at it all wrong but it sure doesn’t look right to me.
Don't know what is more ridiculous, Bayern offering €15m for a 33-year old full back, or Newcastle turning it down. Particularly when they have Livramento who has looked very good whenever he has played. He may well go still but as I see it...... Trippier was the catalyst for the changes under Howe. He is the guy who raised the bar for everyone at the club. They have huge respect for him, on the pitch and also in the dressing room. He brings more to the team than just his playing ability.
Bayern have supposedly offered £12.8m, £0.8m more than the Toon paid for him. Okay for his age, but not a big deal. If they offered £20m or so they might think a bit harder.
They have his replacement already, Livramento, but it's his presence that they want to keep hold of right now I'd say.
Saying all this, he could be sold on Thursday![]()
Bayern do seem to the employing a scattergun approach to the market this time. I can understand a side needing cover but the prices they are willing to pay seem extravagant and it begs the question what their plan is going forward. Do they need a rebuild or are they just trying to fill certain positionsDon't know what is more ridiculous, Bayern offering €15m for a 33-year old full back, or Newcastle turning it down. Particularly when they have Livramento who has looked very good whenever he has played.
I can only think they reckon Bayern will come back with an increased bid.
What shocks me is Bayern playing with a defence of Trippier and Dier in itDon't know what is more ridiculous, Bayern offering €15m for a 33-year old full back, or Newcastle turning it down. Particularly when they have Livramento who has looked very good whenever he has played.
