Couldn’t care less really if other fans don’t like Liverpool.
As long as it dosnt affect the refs decisions.
But with Tierney that’s not the case he looks biased but keeps getting Liverpool games much more than other PL refs.
Does he? Can't find the VAR stats, but as the onfield official in the PL, I think he has refereed twice in Liverpool games this year. That is less than Kavanagh, Taylor, Hooper, Madley and Brooks, and the same as Oliver and Robinson. In the two games he has refereed, Liverpool look to have won comfortably (judging by scoreline).

Do you really think he is genuinely biased against Liverpool? Or have many of your fans been hooked in by the clown Jurgen Klopp, and his rants about Tierney?

Kalvin Philips to West Ham on loan for the rest of the season, not sure about an option to buy. Really good move for West Ham imo. It may take him a few games to get up to speed but he is a very tidy player.

Is it official now? I think he will really sore up the midfield numbers a bit

Our starting 11 is fine but the drop off when Alvarez is out doesn't look good.

Confirmed on the BBC web site.

A good signing. Also shows how hamstrung Newcastle are by FFP as the comments were that they did not have the space to pay the loan fee being asked.

The stats are on the link posted by Liverpoolphil post 51425 it’s a bit long but the data tells its own story.
Tierney has done 23% more as a ref and VAR than any other ref.
he’s done 37 games since 2019 when VAR was introduced.

Seems that there is an option aswell

Could be a very good fit for us

Yes I read it yesterday.!
It does throw up a few questions.

as I said in another thread , it maybe sub conscious bias based on arguments the ref has had with Klopp or he is just very unlucky and all the stats are just a coincidence

It could also be that he is a poor ref and other clubs have the same experience with him

The issue with the linesman and Robbo was very poor

The one where he blew as Mane was through on goal perplexed everyone

Think in the past Clattenburg brought up Teirneys record with us - think over a 3 year period half the cards given to Liverpool players have been from Tierney

not sure if couldnt or wouldnt pay it, City rumoured to want £8m fee for loaning for the rest of this season plus playing all his wages

lot of money for someone who doesnt get in their best XI (not that Newcastle will have that luxury for a while)

City fans....Alfie Harrison.....any good? (Newcastle agreed a deal (undisclosed amount) with City for him)
Ave put the feelers out to find out about him.

Actually it’s a good topic for me to lead into.

An ex City acadamy boy who plays for Newcastle.Kieran Tripper, Newcastle have turned down an offer for him. Loads of questions for the geordies and others.
Are Bayern really interested in a 30 odd year old player.
Why are Newcastle turning down an offer which is more or what Newcastle paid for him.
Is he that Important for Newcastle.
The fee for Tripper could of got Phillips to Newcastle.
