With Europe teams playing a lot of Sundays now (least 3 clubs in the Thursday league a season) plus midweek games this week, which means clubs play again Sunday . Your Friday night kick offs, Monday night football "super Sunday" I'm surprised Saturday 3pm hasn't been binned the league.. and @Stuart_C I'm sure you will agree how much do clubs actually give a rats for the match going fan when it comes to picking game times? Because 3pm Saturdays works best for most no? Yet it's the fan that's thought of last anyways I'm just surprised the clubs haven't binned them off
I thought it was the PL that set the kick off times not the clubs..

Just seen Team GB Women will not qualify for the Paris Olympics because England did not win their Nations League Group. They were about to win it, but beaten on goal difference as Netherlands scored a last minute 4th against Belgium in other game.

Seems harsh, especially given England have won the last Euros and got to a World Cup final

Wasn't so much a "last minute" 4th goal....the group swang three times beyond the 90th minute!!!

England were 5 up against Scotland and Netherlands 2 up against Belgium going in to the 91st minute. England qualifying.

The Dutch then score to go 3 up and back to the top of the table. A minute later England get the 6th to reclaim top spot....and then in the 94th minute the Dutch then get their 4th goal to win the group.

Agree with @Slime though....much of the 2nd half was wasted with very few chances created by England....

Rotherham United sacked their manager on 13 Nov and we still haven’t replaced him - how long does it take? The Blades managed it in hours so why have we still not got it sorted?

Odd - nowadays it seems like clubs already have a deal in place with the new manager before they sack the old one.

Is the club broke? There’s plenty of championship level managers out there. Sounds like there might be bigger issues?

Club is not broke, nowhere near as much money though as most of the other teams in the Championship. We live within our means which mainly means free transfers and loan deals but Chairman will splash out on a few players when needed.
