Don't remember Bournemouth kicking off for a reply of a game for Sheffield united when their goal against villa was disallowed thus allowing villa to stay up and not Bournemouth...

That was a complete failure of Hawkeye ..... which they admitted

How much did that actually cost Bournemouth?

Where as Liverpool finish 2nd not first .... I bet it costs a lot less

Indeed. All I hear from him these days is how Man Utd are not good enough, how they don't keep possession well, how they make individual errors and how they need to take collective responsibility.

Yeah, what a load of rubbish he speaks. Man Utd are the best football club in the world, and he should start asking that Utd should be able to replay every game they lost when a dodgy decision was mad. :)
 
So obviously Klopp doesnā€™t think the game should be replayed, heā€™s merely going down the ā€œsiege mentalityā€ route. Which I understand but I long for the sport not going down that road and everyone just saying it as it is.
 
In other football news, the 2030 World Cup is going to be held in Spain, Portugal, Morocco...............Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay šŸ˜³. 3 early games will be held in the S American countries to celebrate the centenary of the tournament held in Uruguay.

Boy is the draw, avoiding one of those 3 games, going to be important.

I've no doubt Gordon got away with that, are we elevating replays to games were a player incorrectly avoids a yellow card or even giving away a free kick now ;)

Even still, TAA's first yellow was stone wall.

What the hell? And is this the one with about 48 teams in it as well now? They've pretty much become a farce as well. Football is nearly in the bin.
 
I miss tournaments being in one country. Spreading things around multiple countries splits up the cultural aspect, the link of a tournament with a nation. I'm not a fan of this trend ā˜¹. Everyone excited for the next World Cup in USA, Canada and Mexico? šŸ™„

FIFA just don't care about making ridiculous decisions. I think they thrive on it.

I assume that means 6 host countries automatically qualify? And yes, I think I'd look for an excuse to protest and withdraw from the World Cup if I ended up in Paraguay, Argentina or Uruguay's group. Imagine being the team that has to start your World Cup in Paraguay, and then 4 or 5 days later playing someone like France who have been based in Europe for the last 2 or 3 weeks.

Whilst not ideal, I imagine the teams would base themselves in Europe and stay on European timing if itā€™s just for the 1 game.

Though if that does happen itā€™s ludicrous

So last night we had X number of posts re Utd and Arsenal in the champs league. Tonight itā€™s City and the mighty Newcastle and this is the first post. šŸ˜³ glad us and the fellow obscene oil owner geordies are not obsessed. šŸ˜‚šŸ‘

I thought Klopp gave one of his better, if not very best, interviews. Thereā€™s 2 sides to him; the Wenger touch line rant, thatā€™s purely for effect, and the brains behind his ability.

And no, the meme wasnā€™t to goad it was a joke reply to Pin-seeker.
