I thought Klopp gave one of his better, if not very best, interviews. There’s 2 sides to him; the Wenger touch line rant, that’s purely for effect, and the brains behind his ability.

And no, the meme wasn’t to goad it was a joke reply to Pin-seeker.
no goading, just banter at the latest talking point in the football world.
First time a team has been hard done by after all 🤷‍♂️

So theres the ”VAR only works for the big teams “group complaining that “VAR is fine, get over it”
When errors and faults in things are found, it’s normal practice to see how to avoid those things repeating themselves.
The fact it’s happened against Liverpool is irrelevant, unless you’re in the camp that VAR is perfect as it is. What has occurred is a fundament set up fault with VAR, and whilst some may not like it VAR needs changes in how it operates and it’s scope of responsibility.
Mistakes happen ..
All they need to do is give the ref total power so if the game needs to stop for ANY reason he/ she can do so.!
Very simple.

Mine. Other moderator’s views are available 😉

EDIT: Being serious for a second, you all need to accept that a good deal of moderator decisions are, by their very nature, subjective. A lot of rule breaches will be clear and obvious (😳), but many will be borderline in terms of acceptability. We all have varying levels of tolerance for different sorts of behaviour so what may be acceptable to me, may well not be to someone else. The safest way to not come a cropper is perhaps not to try to push the boundaries too far.
That’s a perfect explanation of VAR.!

So last night we had X number of posts re Utd and Arsenal in the champs league. Tonight it’s City and the mighty Newcastle and this is the first post. 😳 glad us and the fellow obscene oil owner geordies are not obsessed. 😂👍
Because we are too busy enjoying the football and not trying to score points off each other.

Sheer bloody Geordie magic tonight....sitting here telly clapping took me right back to just over 26 years ago on our CL debut against Barcelona, stood in the Gallowgate end, slack jawed in awe at what unfolded that night....saw the same looks on the faces of many fans tonight.

Always nice to see a new generation of fans have nights like that. There’s a few school kids not gonna sleep tonight

Does Sean longstaff normally play or is it Matt…
Seen Lascelles played tonight as well, who are they missing….
Sean was a regular last year, he has been sidelined this season by Tonali. No downgrade really when he plays, last year was a big breakthrough season for him.

Lascelles, 😯, very much more of a weak link.

The great thing last night was the pure, unadulterated pleasure of everyone. Same as we saw Forest fans last year, Leeds fans when they first came up under Bielsa. When fans are starved of something the appreciation levels go through the roof. It's why the status quo of big teams is never healthy, we need other teams to mix things up.

I've no doubt Gordon got away with that, are we elevating replays to games were a player incorrectly avoids a yellow card or even giving away a free kick now ;)

Even still, TAA's first yellow was stone wall.
What I'm saying is Gordon gets a yellow, TAA doesn't he gets a freekick.
It's all hearsay and never have I said a match should be replayed.
