I had seen that Lampard was at the game last night, and then thought reports linking him with the job in the press and media this morning were cases of journalists adding two and two and getting five. But according to Sky talks are at an advanced stage to bring Lampard in as caretaker until the summer.

So, as if sacking Tuchel and bringing Potter in wasn’t embarrassing enough, it now seems a distinct possibility that, having sacked a man who at least has some management credentials, Chelsea seem intent on replacing him with a proven failure.

Is Todd Boehly even remotely fit to run a football club?

Well he was his manager in the main I believe

Even with 4 changes we don't bother going 2 up top just to try and why keep Emerson on ... Been playing well but on a tight rope

Don’t blame them for suing UEFA for what happened - it was a disgrace and was very lucky no one was seriously injured
