How is that not a red?
I only saw the second half, and Utd were garbage. So slow in decision making. Can't cross a ball. Don't bring striker into game. Players don't move well, to even drag opponents away to create space for team mates.

That being said, the penalty incident is surely the definition of last man denying a goal scoring opportunity!?

My take of today’s United performance….

Players are a disgrace.

Unusually our best player was our keeper.

Collins should have been sent off.

Yet again errors lead to goals.

WTF was VAR doing to take 3 minutes to give the penalty.

Can’t see a way back for Amorim and earlier on in the month I said that I’d be surprised if he was still manager come 21st October. At this point I can’t see him lasting that long.

They were happy with the penalty. They were taking the 3 minutes to decide whether the defender was last man, then concluded he wasn't I guess.

I was happy for Amorim to play his system for a prolonged period last year, to test his players and see who is capable. But now he needs to do something different. If he keeps doing the same thing over and over, we'll still play like this.

Having 3 defenders just seems to make us light in the middle. Our wing backs are terrible, especially Dalot in attack. Bruno is a terrible deep midfielder. And there are no signs of bringing the striker into play (maybe it was better in 1st half, when I wasn't watching)

It’s not the system which concerns me. There are doubtless occasions against some opponents when it may work.

It’s Amorim’s complete lack of willingness to change. He simply won’t budge. Opposition managers must rub their hands with glee, because a fixture against United must be the easiest to plan for. You know exactly what to expect for ninety minutes. And with the lack of mobility in that midfield, what you can expect is an easy ride.

I’ve been patient. I’m always happy to give a manager time. And I hate the merry-go-round we are permanently on. But this can’t continue.
