Irrespective of the fact Spurs were clearly rubbish.

How do Liverpool get decisions in their favour in literally every game?

Van Dijk getting away with that elbow… Arguably the 4th red card he’s got away with this season alone.
Just think of the uproar there would be if every Ref, and VAR official bar 2 or 3, lived within a 50 mile radius of London

😂

Every game ?

Is that like the yellow card that should have been handed out to Bergwall in the first leg

Did they not use VAR last night

Ah yes, that system that the premier League stated, earlier this week, had made quite a few mistakes this season. Just because VAR says no is not the best argument ever :ROFLMAO:

We have been told so many times that

“Mistakes happen”

When it comes to incidents that happened last night it comes down to intent - and how do you judge intent

The idea that we get all the decisions is laughable

Can highlight a number of howlers that have cost us over the years

Just look at the high tackle from Doku
The handball from Odegaard

The offside goal in the Spurs game

I don’t believe that’s a red card from VVD , but it’s one of those calls that if the ref doesn’t give it then they don’t overturn it and if it’s given as a red they don’t overturn it

It was explained that the reason the yellow card wasn’t given to Bergvall was because the ref played on. Whether you like the rule or not, the ref couldn’t give it.
Get over it!

“Attwell did not play advantage. He did not think there was a foul. After Bergvall slides in to make the tackle, Attwell can be seen pointing at the ball, to say the Spurs midfielder won the ball, rather than committing a foul. he did not outstretch his arm to play advantage.”

And the ref can go back a book someone even if they gave advantage if it’s a “cynical tackle”

Let’s not also forget the player was off the pitch getting treatment when the player that injured scored

So what you’re saying is the ref made a mistake, in your opinion, as to whether it was a foul, so whether he was playing advantage or not he still wouldn’t have given him a yellow card. VAR can only intervene when they think it is a straight red.
So what is your gripe.

Yes Richarlison made a right fuss about the VVD elbow. But VVD looked straight at Richarlison before aiming his elbow at him upper cutting his chin, but that is ok as it is VVD on Richarlison and it suits you that the great Liverpool VVD is untouchable

I think they used VAR when everyone was talking about Martinez the other week. For those that thought he should have been sent off, I don't think VAR was considered a valid argument. In fairness, I can't remember if you felt Martinez should be sent off or not. Presumably you didn't, hence you are providing an objective argument in the VVD incident.

Yes the ref made a mistake and VAR couldn’t get involved

It was a clear yellow card imo and he should have been off and the player then went on to score whilst the player he took out was off the pitch

Someone made a statement that decisions always go in our favour when it’s clearly not true

And why did richarlison roll around holding his face when the contact was on his chest

I don’t believe VVD went to deliberately elbow Ricarlinson in the face but that’s just my opinion on that incident

As some believe it to be a clear red card then VAR can get involved - but didn’t

But then if the ref did send him off I don’t expect it would be overturned because it’s the refs interpretation of the incident

Well Arthur, if nothing else, it’s amusing to see you (yet again) refusing to admit that Liverpool were on the fortunate end of a bad decision! 🤣
Because I don’t think it was a fortunate decision 🤷‍♂️

Or maybe he was lucky not to get a yellow and a foul against him

I’d say it’s an orange!
Lots of players would be sent off if that’s a red!
Suprized he wasn’t given a yellow.

It’s one of those ones where if the ref gives a red then they don’t overturn it and if the ref doesn’t give a red they don’t get him to check it

It prob should have been a yellow and a foul but I don’t think it’s enough “violent conduct” to be a straight red

No. No, you never do, do you? That’s rather my point.

That’s opinions in football eh 👍

We all have them

Could say the same when it comes to your thoughts on Forest decisions

We all think our own team is hard done by and every one else gets away with it

There is no doubt decisions that could have gone either way in many games - that’s one of them
