In a basic 38 game season, that means it will take 117,300 years to try every possible permutation. I’m a patient man but I’m getting on in years.

Yeah I’ve not seen it before either but as much as I dislike Anthony Taylor I do think it was the correct call.
If the defender mistimes a kick and his foot contacts the attacker, it’s a penalty. Same should apply if it’s his head.
