Rashford is one of the few footballers that seems grounded..his actions during the pandemic were very commendable and have a lot of respect for him.

Hopefully that isn't the reason Utd decided to give him a contract until 2028 and give him huge money.

I think the “feeding the kids” thing gave him a bit a free pass.

He’s had 2 seasons where he scored 17 prem goals.
The others are really poor,it’s not like he’s getting loads of assists either.
He’s obviously not doing much defensively,so what’s he doing for his £350k pw?

He started off grounded but Lingard was a bad influence on him. Over the last few years he's become lazy on the pitch and off it has been cultivating a new image as some sort of troubled sports star/rapper. Driving around Alderley Edge in a gold Rolls Royce acting like a complete muppet.

Watching the Newcastle game on sky+. The commentator sounds like he is in a studio, not at the game. It's soulless. I'd understand if it was an overseas game but it's only Newcastle and his co commentator, sounding equally indoors, lives in the NE.
