Cuhna 3 match ban. Making it the 4th player in 2 seasons where their first game back after a ban is vs Forest. Unbelievable bad luck 😅😅
Three games is absolutely pathetic. Three games for intentionally elbowing an Ipswich member of staff on the back of the head, then getting his hands in the face of that person and ripping their glasses off. No idea what that member of staff did to "deserve" such a reaction, but after it happen fair play to him for looking restrained, and also looking a bit shocked.

How long did Di Canio get for pushing over a referee?

I guess the punishment is based on optics, rather than what the player actually did. With a mass argument on the pitch, I guess Cunha or any other player could get away with a lot more, with their actions diluted or justified based on the chaos of the situation and number of people involved?

Are you convinced by your gaffer : Yes, for the time being, with the Club ownership issues still ongoing, don’t think anyone else would of achieved more.

Good to see their clamping down on players lack of discipline .

Best win of the season : Nottingham Forest (a) 3-1

You guys were immense that day. Then went and lost to West Ham (I think?) the very next game! 🤷‍♂️

Are you convinced by your gaffer : Not at all. He barks on about entertainment but losing half your games isn't entertaining for me. Inconsistency isn't entertaining, it's frustrating. Everyone knows how to counter attack us and score because we play the same way every time and don't remedy it.

As an outsider looking in, my perception of Spurs is that they're really Jekyll and Hyde and you don't know what you're going to get from them. As such, I have no idea what to expect when we play you on Boxing Day. (Traditionally we don't do that well against you, so I'm not expecting much) Is that fair assessment, or would you say you're actually just playing the same way every game and sometimes it's working and you "get away with it" and sometimes it doesn't work and you don't?

I think the deluded Ozzie might be the biggest fraud in the league

Living off "I've won trophies mate" in league where he managed the teams that win all the trophies and doesn't take any feedback well

Terrible manager

It seems like the plan is to play super-attacking and hope that we score 3 or 4 before the other team knows what's going on. If they get caught napping it works, because we have good players. But if they can defend properly they'll counter attack us down the flanks (while our full backs are playing as attacking midfielders) and we'll lose because we have no defensive structure. Ange is just a modern-day Kevin Keegan. He has no tactical nous beyond that it's just a hit and hope each game.

We also have zero strength in depth, so as soon as our centre backs got injured, we're now playing an 18-year-old midfielder there instead. Fingers have been pointed at Ange's training methods causing us to get so many injuries too because the same thing happened at the same point of last season. Only one of our first choice defensive five (back four + goalie) started the last game, and he was also injured after half an hour. Luckily Southampton are so very, very crap.

Your club : Rotherham Utd
Best Player so far : Mallik Wilks - on season long loan so hopefully Wednesday won't recall him in January.
Best Young Player so far (U21) : Jack Holmes. Actually 22 but impressed for Stamford (7th tier) in a pre season match against us and got himself a deal.
Best win of the season : Cambridge 0 - RUFC 1. First away league win in 41 matches!
Worst loss of the season : Barnsley 2 - RUFC 0. Had to watch it on TV with my wife who used to work for Barnsley FC
Are you convinced by your gaffer : Slow start but hopefully we are now getting there, but need to start picking up points away from home.

Where was this reported btw? Does he not have until tomorrow to respond to the charge. I thought the punishment would be finalised after the response date?
To be fair I think it was on Talksport's twitter - so could be inaccurate.

hopefully it is as 3 games, as everyone has rightly pointed out, is ridiculous for what he did.

Might as well do this, save doing any actual work this close to christmas!

Mid-Season awards
Your club : Nottingham Forest
Best Player so far : This is really tricky....but right now I'll go Nikola Milenkovic
Best Young Player so far (U21) : Without a doubt the Georgie Maradona, Sir Elliott of Anderson.
Best win of the season : 2-1 vs Villa. I thought about the win at Anfield AND the win at Old Trafford, but there was something different about the win last weekend. Save of the century, followed by going down 1-0...then Shafted by mm on VAR for the equaliser, only to never say die and come away with an injury time winner under the lights. Probably the best win since been promoted in fairness.
Worst loss of the season : 1-0 vs Fulham. Awful game of football and had 0-0 written all over it. Two soft penalty appeals, and only one given, which we were on the losing end of.
Are you convinced by your gaffer : 100 million% I was cautiously pessimistic when he was appointed and I was a Steve Cooper superfan. But since the turn of this season, not just the results and position we're in and the football we're playing, but everything off the pitch as well. He's clearly VERY invested in the club and community and it brings a smile to my face every time I see a photo of him wearing a Christmas Jumper making a group of kids very happy. Right now I'm of the opinion that I hope he never leaves and he's overtaken Steve Cooper as my favourite manager ever (I'm too young to really remember Clough-y and I look back on the Frank Clark days with much fondness, but this last few years has been a different prospect altogether).

I'm afraid Elliot is 22 so can't be included

I feel we need to change it to under 23 as 23 is young in premier league teams now days

It wasn't that good a win against us at the weekend :ROFLMAO: We've repeated that exact same display about 6 times this year, the Liverpool away win is far bigger!

Hope you don’t mind if I give it a miss, could well set off me depression and I don’t fancy three hours on the phone to the Samaritans ruining some poor sods Christmas.

Lets not be too dramatic Tashy! Its been a monumental run and the team are just at burn out! Need a big turnover next summer - but it can start in Jan!

Nothing is mathmatically done at all yet, you could still win 3 trophies this year!

To be fair - it's not necessarily WHO we beat, it's the way we went about it. I guarantee you, in the last two seasons, under those circumstances we'd have lost the game 99 times out of 100. And the other time, we might have nicked a lucky draw.

we've not had a come-from-behind win in forever and the last time we got an injury time goal was vs Millwall in our promotion season to beat them 1-0.
