Read an article.. not sure if true but apparently the scouts at Utd valued him at 25 million until Eth convinced them to go for him and had to pay 85

To be fair 25 is about right

The £25m was the price put on him when United scouted him under Solskjaer.

I'm not sure who we'd pick ahead of him? The quality in attack, all throughout the team is woeful

To be honest I’d give Pellistri a run of games. At least he shows some intent to beat his man and put a ball in. All Antony wants to do is cut inside and curl one into the far corner. He’s way too predictable at this level.

So Chelsea have spend millions. Got some talented players. A very good manager who is highly regarded

They sit 8 points below us

We have spent a fraction of what they have and topped Europa group

Yet you want Moyes gone?

Some of this football is the best we have ever played. The goal today , the pass from paquata was outstanding

Or would you prefer to lose every game 3-2

Who out there would you replace him with.

Moyes is at absolutely his level. In and around the European places is about right for him rather than the very biggest clubs. As an outsider looking in, I think he’s doing a decent job at West Ham.

Its only a few fans who think he needs to go but they are the most vocal

Same people called for big Sam's head when , with very little money, he got us firing up the table. We were 4th one Xmas but got zero investment In January..

Then he left and bilic got backed to bring in lanzini, payet.. some really sparks.. he got found out in second season. Same with MP, we weren't good enough for him to succeed.

It happens every couple years a few of our fans get greedy expect us to be thrashing teams then we sack a good manager who's doing ok and end up in a relegation battle

Before Moyes we never got in the groups of europe.

With Moyes we have been to one semi. Won one. And now topped the group

Give me that over another relegation battle

Sounds like they need to get realistic. When clubs try and reach too far it often back fires, West Ham should be delighted with where Moyes has them. Unfortunately football is a business and not every team can play entertaining football all the time and still get results.

The last player to get over 15 goals in a season in the premier league for us was Paulo Di canio in 99/00 with 16 goals

Since then the nearest was harewood with 14

We now have Bowen on 11 as it stands after 17 games

Kudus on 7

Some of the best scoring we have seen from a west ham side.

We may have less possession but when we have it we do more with it. We have become more clinical

I’ve just witnessed two of the worst refereeing decisions I’ve seen in 30 years of watching football

Boly given a 2nd yellow for winning the ball

Followed by handball with no penalty or free kick given

What is the point?? 😂😂
I can understand why the handball wasn't given. No angle that gives it definitively.
The decision for the Boly challenge is a comedy cock up though.
The only positive is that it was only Forest that got screwed over, so thankfully we don't have to spend the next 5 days dissecting the corrupt VAR conspiracy.

And that’s the key. A goal a game until this point of the season tells you everything you need to know. In over forty years as a match going supporter I have never seen such an alarming lack of creativity.

Hojlund is struggling, but the best strikers in the world would struggle to score in that side. He is living off scraps at best.

I saw a thing on sky this week that said Bruno had created THE most chances in the prem. I was gobsmacked.

I’m torn between the defensive injuries and lack of striker but I just don’t know what ETH can do to make things better .

If he doesn't do something soon then the next guy will get a chance so he had better get a move on.

He can change formation, style, players but surely he has to change something? Just repeating the same isn't going to improve things.

In terms of a striker, you have one but just don't pass to him 🤷🏻‍♂️. No wonder he isn't scoring.
