Weirdly that was the penalty technique for three of the first four players.

Kane still not sold. I like it when Bayern doesn’t get their way. But they are also patient enough to just wait a year and get their target for free, that’s what they did with Lewandowsky back then.

I do not get it either, they have the best option that they will get in the circumstances, a big fee and Kane not going to a rival club. Cannot see a better option than that. I guess the hope is that Spurs will win a cup this season and get him to sign a new deal. I think with the Bayern situation and the previous issue when he wanted to go to City, if a deal is not done before next weekend, he will walk on a free irrespective

Well, yes, I just meant it always seemed more likely that we'd hang onto him for one last season and then he can have his pick of teams to join for free. Having said that, City won't be interested unless Haaland goes to Spain, and Liverpool probably wouldn't either if Darwin has kicked on. Could maybe see him tempted by Chelsea if Poch hasn't been sacked already. Otherwise it depends what United and Newcastle have done between now and then. Just cannot picture him doing a Sol Campbell and joining Arsenal.
