Good morning. Anyone fancy a round at galgorm on Sunday 7th at 9am. Would also consider this Sunday but the match starts at half one so would feel unsociable if I just left after the golf lol. Anyway the round should not cost as I have 3 guest invites. Let me know if you fancy either day cheers.

The clocks go back in Scotland this weekend, do the days do forward in Ireland next weekend?

That's good for me then will get it booked, 1 slot left then my broadband is down at the minute like bt problem so will prob be tomorrow as using my phone takes an age not great signal here.

The weather is not looking too good for next week either at minute brendy but we can live in hope.

It couldnt be any worse than this week when its done nothing but pish down this past 3 or 4 days.
Bangor is a washout at the minute. Tomorrow is closed and I dont see Sunday being much better. A wee game away from the usual next week would be nice this time of the year.

You been getting it worse than us then brendy, been wet enough today and we had some rain earlier in week but cant complain too much about the weather for a change over here in the north-west.

We are open tomorrow and im hoping to continue my recent good form.

Played Galgorm 2 weeks ago for first time and was still in decent nick although the greens had been very heavily sanded but they putted well enough so looking forward to playing there again.

Oops just realised I had said the 6th, meant sunday the 7th!
Have booked for 8.58, and bt is now working again, thank goodness!
Have not played in 2 weeks, going to head down to the range today, and will find out what its like, will hopefully get 9 tomorrow and possibly thursday,and will see how it plays.

Sorry guys, I cant make it.

We have a 40th birthday party on Saturday night and there is no way im gonna be able to drive up to Galgorm at 7am.

Once again sorry but hope the weather holds for you and we will get something organised another day, who knows maybe the GM guys will get over here one day for a challenge against the NI guys

We definately should get an Irish meet sorted for early next year Brendy, its been a while since Massereene and there are a good few more members in Ireland nowadays.

Im sure the guys from the south would be up for it as well if we made it somewhere central for us all.

We could post our intentions and see what interest there is and if enough guys are up for it we could start looking at a venue and get a date sorted for March/April before all the team comps and our own club comps all start.

Our course is open but bunkers are GUR with the sheer amount of water that has fallen.

Hi Brendy
I played yesterday and it rained the whole way but the course held up very well and the greens were good for this time of year. It's been ok here today so depends on tomorrows weather if it's dry it'll be fine. Even a bit rain the course should ok too. Cheers
