Subs due - how does your course fair?

Recently moved clubs and I'm now paying 550 Euro (@ £480)for a links course that's playable all year and in great condition.

Used to pay £610 for parkland that was only playable probably 5 months of the year

No brainier really

Zero, as I resigned
Got totally fed up of having to pay a mortgage and feed and clothe me and my family and at the same time pay 3 times the fees of 29year old IT consultants who earn more than me in the first place
Call it marketing or whatever
Stupid and unfair if you ask me

1050, this includes GU fee, 50.00 bar card credit

On top of that I get Reciprocal at 14 courses during the week, 27 manicured holes, the best club House in the south with some serious investment planned as stage 2. Our owners spent 3mill last year, we have s new range and new 9 hole short game area going in

That would depend on how you judge a clubhouse. North Hants sent about 5 million on theirs I think, and it is a soulless place. Same goes for Woburn in my opinion. My favourite club house in the South is probably St Georges Hill. Superb setting, views over lovely holes, plenty of character, friendly, great food, and in not a bad area.

I love our clubhouse, not for the bricks and mortar, but because of the welcome I get.

£2500 last year- but thats for 3 championship courses and unlimited free range balls.

This year changed to local course so £900 and I'll play more as its closer.

That's not bad for Whitecraigs. Do they still have the par 3 course within the course?

I won't publish Machrihanish fees again in case a few of our southern posters start jumping off buildings.

West Kilbride £650.

:whoo:

This time last year I was paying £320 19 to 29 years old rate. I would be paying £795 but they have introduced a new membership bracket of 31 to 35 years old which is £515 per year, which over the 5 years that I will be in this bracket will save me £1,400 :o
