Srixon ball

Hello everyone, I have been using a srixon soft feel ball for a few years now and would like to upgrade to a better SRIXON ball, so here is my question do any of the members on here use a z star, trispeed or Q star and what is the feedback from them ? I am a mid hcp. Before anyone goes on about pro v or bridgestone and the like I have tried a few and would like to stick with Srixon. Cheers.

all 3 balls are great. I currently use the z star and its fantastic. It's a tiny bit harder than a pro v bit softer than the pro vx I find. Driver spin is low but irons you can really feel the compression when you hit it and creates good amounts of spin. Putting I love the feel to its just a solid kinda soft feeling if you know what i mean, feels well refined. Plus there cheaper than the titleist. I'm yet to try the ad333 TOUR as they will probably feel the same but are cheaper too.

this is my experience and feel with this ball so you might not get on or agree with it.

The trispeed I found a good winter ball as for some reason it flew better through the damp air than the z star.
get a sleeve of each and try them out.

Get the AD333 tour, great ball and for the vast majority of amateurs it will do much the same as the Z Star range.

I use the ZStar but have bought some Ad333 tours. I did notice a difference trying to get the ball to stop on full shots, it rolled out a bit too much for me. Not so much now that the greens have softened.

However it also spins less off line of my longer shots so it ballances out. A decent ball

stick with the Softfeel if you get on with it - there's no such thing as a general 'ball upgrade'.

there are aspects of a balls performance that can differ, and generally the premium balls are the result of more complex construction designed to minimise any compromise across the various areas, but unless you are after an improvement in one of those aspects there's no point in changing.

Z-Stars for me. Just stocked up on Ebay over the last 2 weeks, buy 4 dozen of this years ball. Most I paid was £22 + p&p, so getting a premium ball for middle price range

Don't get me wrong I love the softfeel, but my one issue with it is roll out. Just back from a pitchNputt course and I used the z star and although a harder ball I loved the hopNstop action from it.

indeed - this is the true nemesis of the ball (subjective issues such as it's feel of a putter face aren't a performance issue of the (any) ball per see)

the answer is the one you have found from within that range.
