Sat in a bar in Bangkok. Chillin. Lady on next table at side of me has cracked a fag up. Ave had to move. The smell is killing me. Thank god it was banned in the UK. Forgot how bad the smell is/was

reminds me of back in the day when you'd wake up after being out the night before to have a pile of clothes next to you stinking of cigarettes..... horrible.

Noticed it twice in restaurants in Majorca this summer, didn't think it would bother me but was blowing over kids and you do forget how unpleasant it can be, so it did. I also think it's illegal there to do that but it wasn't being enforced, maybe because it was your typical outdoor seating arrangement, not sure.

Was the same when in Vienna a couple of years ago. But i thought one if the good things in the EU was they had banned smoking in public throughout the EU.

At the hospital this week with Mrs and the parking space I got was next to the Maternity Wing.
Sat there and watched a young couple come out of the Maternity Ward with a new baby in a car seat carrier, take 3 steps out of the door, put the car seat on the floor, both lit up a fag, picked up baby and walked merrily to their car, baby fastened into rear and both climbed in and drove off, still smoking, felt so sorry for that poor kid, they might be the best parents in the world, but from literally minute one their kid’s lung are taking in crap.

At the hospital this week with Mrs and the parking space I got was next to the Maternity Wing.

Reminds of when I went to pick up my wife and son after he was born. I was sat in the car in the pick up area next to the front doors of the hospital. I was there for a couple of hours waiting and I kept seeing an older couple coming to the door with a young girl in a robe. They'd light up, smoke a fag then head back in. This happened every half hour or so.

It took me a while to work it out but I eventually realised that the girl was in labour and was tabbing away in between contractions. The older couple were her parents. Stay classy Wigan 👍

Same with the canaries and Greek islands. Not enforced with it being An island so will do what they like away from the mainland.
Lanzarote last year. A chap kept getting up and popping outside for a smoke. The owner said no sit it’s okay here and handed him an ashtray.
When I smoked I remember a big sign in one of the clubs in Crete saying no smoking, but smoking was allowed everywhere.
Lambert and butler promotional girls handed out cigarettes.

That's disgusting, some people shouldn't be allowed to have kids.
