Until there is a mandatory life sentence with no parole for murderers then once they have reached a stage where they can be out on parole then we will always have injustices like this. The system is flawed
Thats a fair point.No because in that instance there is still possibility of appeal and if proven wrong at least there's a chance of return to freedom , and a life hasn't been wrongly taken by the judge, jury or executioner.
The death penalty is another debate. My point is that prison sentences are never served as given. That is my problem.If we have the view that executing someone for a crime is wrong as there may have been a mistake made, does it not also stand that giving someone full life and hard labour could also be wrong as there could also have been a mistake made.
