Until there is a mandatory life sentence with no parole for murderers then once they have reached a stage where they can be out on parole then we will always have injustices like this. The system is flawed

He was convicted of her murder .
So we must assume that the jury got it correct.
He still has her body somewhere that’s a different crime . Even after all this time.
It will never be against me because I know how to behave myself.

No because in that instance there is still possibility of appeal and if proven wrong at least there's a chance of return to freedom , and a life hasn't been wrongly taken by the judge, jury or executioner.

If we have the view that executing someone for a crime is wrong as there may have been a mistake made, does it not also stand that giving someone full life and hard labour could also be wrong as there could also have been a mistake made.

The death penalty is another debate. My point is that prison sentences are never served as given. That is my problem.
