Short GM reader survey

Good Evening Mike I've filled in the survey as best memory will allow but for some reason the price I paid for my Ping driver(£100) is being highlighted and I'm being asked to "enter a valid number for this question"????and cannot go any further,i.e.send the survey to your goodselves!
Any ideas why??
