Weird mystery this. Before I go to sleep I put some kind of calming music on YouTube via my phone, as I find it helps me sleep. When I wake up in the morning the music is still playing, but I glance at the app and see it's only like one hour into the video, even though I've been in bed for over 6 hours. Can't understand what's going on with it.

Gotta love good communication. Everyone rocks up to work as normal today, well everyone except for our boss. No lights working, no power sockets working and no WiFi, an hour goes by trying to contact the relevant contractors but no response. In the end boss rocks up in shorts and t shirt, and asks why are we all in because he emailed us at 8am to say there is planned outages and we can have a days stand down but he had realised his error as to how nobody would have seen the email without the WiFi and that’s why he ran into work to tell us

You have probably hit the repeat button (or the one you have) on the phone.
I have the appropriate music on my phone selected for it's lack of sudden noises. Mine is bluetoothed to the amp as it cuts out those weird and not so wonderful noises that my house seems to emit at night.

'Autoplay' and 'Loop video' are both off (just checked). And as I said, the vid is 11 hours long so wouldn't loop in 6-7 hours anyway.
I asked ChatGPT and it suggests something is always causing it to stop in the night and restart from the beginning - like the wifi drops out or resets, or my phone doing an update/back-up or something.

Picking up the new van today, so yesterday afternoon when I got home I gutted all my stuff out the old one. This morning I have been going through the boxes and seeing what I need to carry and what I have.
Damn, what a load of stuff I either won't ever need because the machines are more or less obsolete or just carry too many of a part because I hadn't realised how many I had in the first place.
All because the new van has about a third of the payload, as it's one of those powered by you know what and the sort a few were refusing to accept that although reticent, it would probably be inevitable.
At least the monthly parking bill will be at least a third less
It's about time the stuff was sorted though...

I used to think he was quite funny back at the height of his popularity. His stand-up in the mid-to-late 2000s was pretty funny, and I thought Get Him To The Greek was a good film. These days he's become a bit of wack-job though, I guess a lifetime of drug-taking will addle your brain.Even that’s news to me, I just thought he was a knob. Guess you learn something every day
