Random Irritations

Allow me to. She has to choose which name to go by if she chooses to keep her maiden name nothing changes everything just stays as it is and that’s it. If she chooses to take your married name she has to send off a copy of your marriage certificate as proof for renewal of things like driving licence, passport (basically any legal ID documents) to change things like banking etc sending proof of marriage is usually enough. But ultimately she has to make a choice at some point for the legal documents to be sorted and also schools etc what does she register herself as with the wee ones school that’s probably the name to go with to keep it simple. Suprised you never goggled it 😂
I think legally she is still her maiden name then.

I was having this rant with my cousin a few months ago. I mentioned the inevitability of a double barrel next becoming a triple barrel. He started to laugh and said he actually knows someone who is a quadruple barrelled, 2 double barrelers getting together

Double barrelled is the way over here in Spain. Mum’s & dad’s surname. There is the occasional triple barrelled but they’re very rare.

Are you sure you are married?
Was it after a few drinks in the Desert by a bloke called Elvis?
There were certainly a few drinks but they all happened afterwards.

Think you both need to sit down and work that out 😂
I dunno, we've been married 8 years and it doesn't seem to have caused a problem yet.

Coming into an interesting period then as drivers licences and passports are ten year renewals now.

As long as it works that’s what matters but tell her to pick the right name when she gets pulled over. Your Mrs may have played a blinder here 😎

I know it was said in Jest but can you actually do it nowadays🤔
Yes you can.. I won’t go into the specifics but there a document you submit to a judge who counter signs and it gives the right to specify in your will who is to be excluded, they ratify it and it becomes legally binding and can’t be contested. My parents went through this exact process before dad passed so mum didn’t have to deal with the fall out of toxicity that is my oldest sister. Long story better told over a beer 🍺

So Missis T has just said “ that M and S Smores Fudge can go”. She has just jumped on the scales and there wrong 😉
I said I would take it to golf tomorrow. Anyway we thought we would try one. There staying at home, kids have had two each, me three Missis T one and Ave took one for the team and said I would finish them off
Looks like my diet is waiting another week. Apart from two boxes of shortbread, 1 Terry's chocolate orange, 2 selection boxes, half a tub of roses, box of after eights am good. 😳

And that I would love to hear, then you could hear mine. 😖

Went for my annual asthma check up on Monday

Got to the docs and it’s full of people spluttering and sneezing

Monday night started to feel a little ropey , woke up in the middle of the night with full blown flu 🤧 🤬
Can’t believe you bothered your GP with that 🤣
Only joking mate, hope you feel better soon 👍

Mine is done over the phone - and if I was happy with how it was managed I could have just done a form online. Only had the phone consultation as I had a quick question about going on holiday.

My mother-in-law has hers via a video call.
Good luck to the Doctor with that as she is worse than useless with a phone.
She often video calls the whole family with no idea she has done it and argues black is blue that it wasn’t her 🤣
