Yeah I saw the other thread which I can't spot now about a team event as well, and I couldn't figure out the schedule or whether it was all the same round scored two different ways etc.

Even if the team event isn't happening I'd be interested in this one

No idea if it's still running. But it was simply to be held using the scores over the two days (Puttenham and West Surrey).

I booked into The Kings Arms and Royal Hotel in Godalming, not sure if it's on the way but it was fairly cheap.

Inn on the Lake in Godalming is nice but £100/night. Farnham and Aldershot are close by.
