They showed this on the live broadcast for about half an hour last night. The slow mos were incredible. The ball spun about the top of the hole, disappeared, then reappeared spinning, trying to get back out of it. It was pretty spectacular.

Brandon well in contention again for tomorrow, just didn't have much luck with any putts dropping today, I think after 15 holes he'd only made 20 foot of putts.
Had some insider info that it's actually his 'home' course so I took the gamble and made him my captain on the fantasy game too.

Was just going to post that it looked like Meronk had a strong grip on this, before I popped up to t'Lidl, and I've come back from t'Lidl to see Meronk has thrown a couple of bogeys on the card to put himself back within touching distance.
Putting looks trick under the lights - but I sense a play off coming here.

Typical golf though - swing changes in off season, make the game look easy. Until into the sharp end, where the changes (& related mental side) are maybe not as embedded as thought...

Think I counted 7 nationalities at the top end of the leaderboard, Polish, Colombian, Spanish, South African, Australian, English, and an American in the top 6 places.

Good to see Europeans doing well at the WM. Great round from Bob. You would.think Detry has it in the bag with a 5 shot lead.. Realise it's a bit of a marmite comp but was impressed to hear they have made circa 150 mill for charity....

Also good to see Ben Schmidt doing well, he finished tied 5th. He's struggled since he turned pro after winning the Brabazon aged 16. I hope this gives him confidence to contend regularly.
