You say you are 58.
33 years ago when you were 25 (mid 20s) it was 1991 not 1980s.
Or were you applying 95% to get your living age?
Your post got my attention, because I was 25 in 1985 and, yes, a very good time to be that age, I reckon.

59, yikes! Almost 60. Feel much younger and defintely fitter than many half my age. I've recently joined a local cycling group and a number of times my fitness levels have been mentioned. "Amanda you really are amazingly fit..." without quite saying "for your age" but I know it's there
