PlusNet webmail has been down & out here in Norwich for at least two days now, came back briefly yesterday then went again. No good ringing help line unless you want to hang on for 45 minutes. Just a message on the support screen saying they have 'issues' and they are working on it. Massively frustrating. Glad I don't rely on it for business.

Wouldn't rely on any ISP provided email. I'm with them and find the service good but that's bad form not to have access to the email for so long.
