Nice place to put the engines also handy for generating lift.
Very good, partially correct.

And to generate lift I think you’ll find you also need some forward airspeed (ie. speed through the air 😊)

You’re welcome, hope you’ve learned something today 👍

Yes generated by the engines not the wheels , how fast the wheels are spinning is irrelevant, the plane takes off.

Funny that groups of scientists disagree and need to use theoretical modelling software to draw any kind of conclusion, yet you think it's obvious.
Almost makes you look like a 🐂💩er.
Nice work my friend.

I am confused, you say it can't be proved either way then ask me to prove it then you post an article who conclusion is it will take off.🤷
So far all you have said is that people are wrong

Yet not shown anything to suggest they are wrong

That article showed two groups being split and still not coming up with any full blown conclusion without any definitive answer

So I’m sure you will provide us all the proof that you are right

If the engines are providing enough power to move the plane fast enough then it will take off.
The conveyor belt effectively becomes the ground, moving at the same speed as the plane. The air is stationary so lift is generated.

Ive said multiple times why it will take off. You offer up an article that agrees with me 🤷

Forget the wheels, red herring in this problem.

If your argument is always, ‘the plane takes off’ then you’ve clearly reached your intellectual limit and I’ve lost interest.

Oh dear, if all you have is insults I guess youre right 😂😂

What?

The air is not moving relative to the wings.

The plane moves forward and takes off. It's not a car or a runner , the conveyor has no effect. The jets are interacting with the air. Id say take some time to read up on it, as opposed to making a snap decision.
