Do you :
  1. Fully recline
  2. Recline a wee bit
  3. Not inclined to recline at all
And why?

(there's too many do it for there to be no one on the forum that does)

All depends on whether there's some snotty kid kicking the back of my chair - with equally snotty parents not doing anything about it :)

The simplest thing is to stop reclining in the first place. Fix the seats so it can not happen. If I ran an airline, this is what I would bring in.

I wont recline unless the person in front of me fully goes back, leaving me with little choice. Otherwise I wont do it as I think it impacts the person behind too much.

If it's a long/overnight flight then everyone does it 🤷‍♀️

Can't quite remember when I was last on a flight where you could recline. But, for me, seats dont recline enough to make any difference as regards sleeping. So I never bother. I find it more comfy being more upright.

Assuming it's a long-haul flight, it's designed to fully recline to give you the most comfortable position and to help sleep, hence that's where it goes.

I guess people who think we should keep it upright also don't understand zip-merging ;)

No, I've already put my minimal carry on luggage away and am not infringing on anyone elses.
What has that got to do with anything?
All seats have to be in the upright position for take off and landing, that's not optional. The cabin crew have to waste time before take off getting those with seats not in the upright position to adjust them.

You know I was thinking about the consideration to others, of seat reclining, when typing it and thought about the zip-merge/Q jumper scenario too
