I agree with @Bunkermagnet . With no airflow over the wings, no lift is generated therefore no flight.
And this is from an aircraft engineer with over 30 years experience.

With the information given, nothing is obvious at all.
As far as we know, the speed could be 5mph.
And as above, there's no air resistance so even if it was quick enough there wouldn't be any lift.
