People who don't turn up

We have to check in for every booking. Any trends for no shows activate a ban for a set period.

We do nothing and with a booking system it’s cr@p! People book three weeks in advance for prime slots only to not show. The course on the tee sheet would appear full, the car park however would be half full… it’s apparently being addressed.
