I was bought a book of football quotes a few Christmas's ago and have just got round to having a look at it

Anyway, a couple of them so far have made me 'lol'.

Can't remember who, a manager - I said to the players at half time that they had to win so the club would give me more money to buy some better ones.


So, anyone got any other clever or funny quotes/one liners? Doesn't have to be football or even sport.
