Hearing aids

You seem to have a bad fitting from your NHS audiologist. Firstly they should have told you about the APP. Secondly and much more importantly the actual settings to your aids must be pretty poor also. If you have improved your hearing on your aids by playing around with volumes on each aid and the balance on the frequencies the hearing test really must have been quite poor.
Have you been able to save your own settings to your App? I have Starkey aids and use their APP Thrive, which I can save settings to for specific situations.
My aids are fine. Never had a problem. I simply didnt realise you could +/- volume other than manually.. The only adjustment I use is reduce treble when I play guitar.
After "playing around" with levels I left them exactly as they were when provided.

So I have kinda narrowed it down to which hearing aids I would like. Boots want £4,000. Specsavers £3,000. How can you charge £1,000 more for the same product. Boots will do interest free.if you have put £1,000 on top. No wonder it’s interest free.
That aside my left ear is down 35%, Right ear 33%.
