My Iphone 5 in white is on the van winging its way to my house... My wife has had to go out and no one is home to sign for it..... GUTTED!!!

I guess its going to be a go and collect tomorrow job.... I want my new toy tonight!!!! :mmm:

Maybe but I think not, they would not let me deliver to work as its a new contract and they like to tie it in with the address.

Its just me being a kid really, the Mrs will pick it up tomorrow...

That's my worry - my upgrade is in 8 days and 21 hours and the iphone 5 has been out for 6 months it can only be a matter of time before the next evolution!

are you a happy 4s user now? i would wait 6 months if you are happy, sept/oct is apples typical launches. the 5 is not that much better than the 4s, feels nicer, bit bigger screen. i would wait if i were you...

I was a very happy 4s user!! I loved mine.... Had to give it back to my old work... new work gave me a blackberry and I cant live without an Iphone... Looked to get another 4s but the 5 is so little difference in price...

You are right Alex, little difference so a great choice based on your needs today. I always wondered how corporate iphones worked... ie was the app store account etc linked to your bank?? will you have all the apps you had before via an icloud update?

Samsung Galaxy SII atm!

To be fair I'm torn between 3 phones - iphone, the HTC One and the Z10!

iphone is "in my opinion" idiot proof. i am an apple user at home though (macbook, ipad) so it made perfect sense for me to stay apple.. if i didnt have the other bits, i probably would have at least looked at the competition.. a lot of guys at my work have the samsung SIII's and love them..

For me, ios is like nokia symbian used to be, ie everything is where you expect it to, its dead easy to use and just works. my 3 year old can navigate my iphone and ipad, make skype calls to me from home, play games (and unfortunately, find the app store!)

I can do a restore from icloud or can just go to my itunes account and re-download them fresh. I think I shall do the latter as its time to start everything again really. I will lose the best Tetris score ever made and some other bits but I dont really want to do a restore this time (have many times before).

As for the corporate thing, the phone and bill was there's but the itunes account was my own.

I didnt buddy, It was delivered the day of the post but no one was in, my Mrs went and picked it up the day after at the depot and it was not till the day after that that I text you...
