Went out at 11.00 walked off after 5 holes pathetic !!! Never ever peg it up after a comp

At a local club from me they had a seniors every Thursday morning and the last group were out by 11am, remeber going up there for few holes at 12.30 one week. you can see the first few holes from the club house so thought it was clear. caught them up on the 7th walked of at the 8th.

Think you'll find the same at most places these days regardless of which section the comp is for.

We have a small but infamous number of very senior players who bolt around the course moaning about slow play ahead of them.
Everyone dreads teeing off in front of them.
They're known as "The Ethiopians".

Thursdays are seniors morning and ladys afternoons at my local. You are supposidly able to tee off from 6 but you wont get past the front nine. The pro not advises people to stay away and forget about playing on thursdays.
