My dream nearly came true.

Today i went down to play Ilfracombe golf course with my dad,something i do
once every 5 to 6 weeks.
Last night for some reason i was dreaming i shot 73,my previous best was 76 about 2 years ago.
When i first started playing there 5 years ago i was shooting 120-130.
Today i shot 74,par 69 level after 9 with 3 birdies.1 birdie on the back 9 with just one double
4 bogies.
Not usual for me to blow my own trumpet,but i was well pleased even though
i didnt quite fullfill the dream.
The course is immaculate if your nearby.

My mothers side of the family comes from Ilfracombe. It's not for young people! That said, I take my kids there once a year.

Unfortunately the wind nearly always blows.
I think my dreams are telling me something,old age is creeping up.
How do you cope mate.
