Munchies in your bag?

Suffering from IBS as I do I don't eat anything on the course. I carry plenty of water and occasionally a bottle of lucozade but food is a definate no no for me.

I have to maintain my sugars and to be honest having eaten and drunk more often than I ever did before my diabetes I am definitely finding it easier over the closing holes to stay focussed. If I forget some food, or its piddling down and I'm too lazy to keep getting the drinks out of a wet bag I promise you I can really tell the difference. At the end of the day, everyone has their own way of preparing for a game (range work, warm up, coffee and a fag, straight on the 1st tee and one swish etc) and its the same as you play. Some can't go a hole without nibbling or drinking and others don't do it at all. At the end of it all its about doing what you're comfy doing. Eat drink (or not) and be merry

I'm not getting into the discussion about eating/not eating being beneficial or not - but I personally don't find my game suffers if I don't eat. But I'm a greedy git so always like to have something with me. And the only thing to have is what I don't think anyone else has mentioned - dark chocolate kit-kats. Stuff the bananas, jam sarnies, weasels or whatever. Dark Kit-kats - yummy...
