What do you carry in your bag to keep you fuelled?

I always have either 2 snickers bars or a bar of dairy milk, a bottle of water and a hip flask of scotch for when it all starts to go wrong on the second hole......

Another snickers man here! I buy the large one that has 2 bars... Then 2 bottles of water, lucozade, powerade etc, whatever is 2for1 in the garage! Lol

U can buy snickers flapjacks! Even more slow burn energy with oats etc!

You should be eating less simple carbs like chocolate and more complex carbs like breads, nuts and banana's. Your body will be going thru peaks and troughs with eating so much crap. Complex carbs are slow releasing and even out the peaks and troughs.

If you need a quick sugar boost have a drink of lucozade or eat a few jelly babies.

Our Saturday crew pretty much all take something nice to munch on. For example, I usually take 3 mince pies. One of the other guys might take 3 sausage rolls, and the other 3 cheese scones. Occasionally I'll also put in 3 chilled cans of Stella, or if its winter, a large flask of soup.

There are 16 of us in total, and most will travel to their favourite butchers on a Saturday morning and pick up some real quality stuff.

Post round usually sees an order for a large platter of sandwiches and one of chips.

Always have water and a sugary drink (Lucozade or Coke). Very rarely carry food. One of my regular playing partners brings an entire picnic with him every time we play and it gets on my......

I buy whatever pack of sports drink is on offer in the supermarket and stock up then add usually a snickers and a banana or two.

I tend to buy the big multi-packs in the supermarket rather than in the pro shop. Mucho money savings!

A bowl of Weetabix before I go out in the morning.

A litre of ice cold Mi Wadi Tropical in my bag

And maybe a chocolate Bar of some sort it depends if I'm peckish or not
