Hi guys,
Just reading about people paying stupid money on an american forum about their $3000 custom fit Muiras or Custom Scratch irons.
What is the most you would pay for your perfect custom fit irons???
They could be any make, any shaft etc...
If you hit them perfect, what price would you put on that?

Bought a set of callaway x forged for £175, hit them as well as I can, cant see spending any amount of money making any difference.
maybe i just got lucky! :)

imho, I don't think that most people would get the "perfect" custom fitted irons - whatever the cost.

Unless you are a cat 1, or very low cat 2, player, your swing on a driving range or simulator with someone watching and recording will be completely different to that with which you play on the course.

On the range when it doesn't matter I'm (almost) a scratch player. On the course however ..... :o :o :o

I've not paid over £500 for a set of irons but I would if the right set came along. As it is I got my Callys for just over £400 - but then I don't buy 3 or 4 irons that'll stay in the cupboard until the set gets sold on...

If you could guarantee me a gross 65 every week I'd pay a few k, and let you meet my wife on a regular basis.

Would pay the going rate for a good set, i.e. 500-700.

Just paid £220 for a set of Ping S57's that had been used 3 times.
