simply cant believe it my set of clubs are Callaway BB 2008 model ,,but I'm wanting to try the Mizuno clubs ,,,so in stead of jumping in head first,,i decided to buy a Mizuno 6 iron MP-57 cut muscle for 16 pounds its an ex demo just to try out

went to the range ,looking down at address it looks alot thinner & feels alot lighter than the callaway 6 iron BB


i was hitting about the same distance with the two irons


I'm thinking when i go for around of golf the Mp-57 will cut throw the divot easier, its nearly half the bounce of the BB 6 iron another reason i thought it was lighter

when i got home i have some digital scales & way the clubs

Callaway Big Bertha 6-iron = 420 Grams


Mizuno MP-57 cut muscle = 440 Grams


i couldn't believe the mp-57 was heavier ,,I'm still not sure if i like the Mizuno yet until Ive had a go on the course

as anyone else changed from there first set of clubs to another make of model

actual weight and swing weight can be very very different. so although the mizuno is actually heavier it may feel lighter when you swing it

Thats a BIG change in Irons from 08 Big Berthas to MP-57 Mizunos
