Mickleson suspends his schedule indefinately

Phil Micklesons wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer and he has therefore cancelled his PGA schedule indefinately.

She is a young Mom with 3 young kids and i can only hope they caught it early enough.

I never used to like Phil until about 2 years ago, you'll never see a more humble man on the golf course these days!

Terrible news but hopefully they have it in time. Without sounding callous in any shape or form at least he can afford the best treatments and care for her too. Good luck to the entire family.

That's not good news. In any form. I too have disliked Phil, but his professionalisum and manner recently have won me over. Especially when compared to Tiger. Great shame about the tour. But family comes first, as it should.

Terrible news, Its times like this puts life into perspective.

I'm sure for all the fame and fortune Mickelson has right now, he'd swap it all for his family to be fit and healthy.
