I had to google a couple of those exercise - not that I intend doing them!

Sounds proper brutal.

My 5 minutes goes on the pull ups!!

Even the scaled and foundations versions are pretty tough. I'm going later and 100% it's foundations for me (jumping pull ups). I'd spend so long trying to get 42 double unders that my arms would be bleeding from the rope lash!

Weigh in last night. Up 1.5kg .. could be watered weight but more likely all the crisps I been smashing back. Off the wagon for sure there

So today much better eating. Let's see what happens ..

Likely mainly water from the sodium in the crisps. Back on track. Don't let it derail you.

I did the foundations CrossFit 25.2. I tried the jumping pull ups and jumping chest to bar pull ups beforehand and knew the latter would be where my workout stalled. I wasn't wrong. Got there in 7 minutes and spent the next 5 trying desperately - managed to get one which was a fluke I think on my first go. I could get the height but not the forward thurst to contact the bar. Should have thought to put some extra padding in my bra top!!!

Good fun though and so inspiring to watch one of the best women in the club smash through everything until the bar muscle ups...so far nobody has got 1 of them - so tough.

I do lent most years. Not religious in any way but its nice to know a lot of others do lent at the same time.

This year I'm off the chocolate, crisps and a new one for me, chips.

I'm 2kg off a weight I like to stay at (80kg).

The first week is always the hardest of lent. After that it's not so bad.

Stocked up on natural yogurt and nuts. That's my night time snacking food.

Did a boxing circuit with a few mates this morning. Wowser. I’m a long way off being ‘fit’ if that’s anything to go off. Have ordered myself a leather skipping rope to hopefully help improve my endurance.
